Delivery

Delivery By Tiltbed Trailer

We deliver containers using 40ft tiltbed trailers towed by Ford F350 trucks. For 20ft units being placed in tight spaces, we partner with local towing and wrecker companies to ensure precise placement at your desired location.

Delivery dimensions required for offloading are:

20ft Units: 70ft Length by 12ft Width by 13ft Height

40ft Units: 110ft Length by 12ft Width by 14ft Height

Placement

Shipping containers can be placed directly on solid, level ground. It is crucial to ensure the unit is 100% level, as this guarantees the smooth operation of the heavy-duty cargo doors. If the container is positioned on a slight incline or decline, the cargo doors may become difficult to operate, and re-leveling may be necessary to resolve this issue. For customers who wish to elevate their container to prevent water pooling near the front cargo doors, we recommend using cinder blocks, railroad ties, garden pavers, or concrete pillars which can be obtained at any local hardware store. While our drivers will assist in placing the container on the leveling materials you provide, please note that they do not carry these materials on their trucks.

20ft Truck Delivery

We partner with specialized 20ft wrecker companies to deliver containers that require a tighter fit, which cannot be accommodated by our 40ft tiltbed trailers. These services typically incur an additional cost compared to the 40ft tiltbed deliveries. However, for challenging placements in confined spaces, the extra cost ensures precise positioning. The video below provides a clear example of how the offloading process is managed for delivery of a 20′ container.
